To get an impression of Moroccos nature we rented a car to drive towards Ouarzazate a town located 200km southeast of Marrakech. It was an impressing route going through all kinds of terrain ranging from desert to snow covered mountains. Many beautiful villages were located alongside this route and gave us the opportunity to taste traditional moroccan cuisine.
The city of Ouarzazate isn´t worth to be mentioned as being only a starting point for desert tours and hosting film studios. But the route itself made the trip worth the effort and left us sad to not drive any further.
